C.E.O.Home does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes orders affected by incorrect selections at checkout, duplicate purchases, changes of mind, discounted or promotional items, and gift purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery at ceohomeware@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
